What a great place to buy an RV! We found Thompson RV on the internet. Their web site provided a lot of information, had good pictures of the rig we were interested in, and was easy to navigate; so we decided to email a price request. Corrin came back quickly with a very good out the door price, no extra fees or dealer prep charges. We had lots of questions, had been to several other dealers but had not found one we felt comfortable with. Corrin answered all our questions, even contacted the factory for clarification on some items. They dont try to sell you anything here, they help you to buy. It was so nice to deal with honest folks instead of some slick sales person that had never spent a night in an RV. When we picked up our rig in Pendleton, Burton spent the better part of the afternoon showing us how everything worked. Everyone there was focused on what we needed to make sure we would have a smooth trip back to California..our compliments to whomever cleaned our unit, it was spotless. This is a no hassle place where honesty and truth still mean something. We have never had so much fun spending so much money. We love our new Glacier Peak fifth wheel from Thompson RV!

We purchased a used Lance trailer in October. The great service started when my new brake controller, installed in Portland, was defective. Thompson swapped it out at no charge so I could hit the road. We immediately took the trailer out on a test run at the coast and found a handful of problems including a leaking slide-out. Thompson repaired everything, no questions asked, and even filled my water tank so I could go camping the day I picked up the trailer after repairs. On top of that, they are simply really nice folks. Definitely worth the drive!
